The person I spoke to could hardly speak English. When he returned the call saying they were passing on the case he got some facts wrong. I wanted to actually talk to the main lawyer. They just shoved me off to someone else that won’t help. It’s called “punting.” Plus about 3 years ago I needed help with a serious case and never even got a call back. I knew a guy who knew him. I don’t get it. I also tried downtown and they were rude through the speaker.
After my car accident where I was rear-ended they helped me a great deal. They were always professional and always very nice to me. If I ever wind up in an accident again I would definitely hire them to help me again.
Tyler's tenacity is unmatched. He worked diligently to make sure my questions were answered, anxiety assuaged, and case completed in such a way that exceeded all expectations.
