I absolutely loved this place. The ladies I worked with were amazing and helped me right away. I was satisfied with their knowledge and quick service. It was highly reviewed online with positive feedback with customer service and knowledge. Very true. Coco and her team did a great job customizing a 10 year wedding anniversary band for us! We wanted specific gemstones ordered out of state for the ring and she was able to accommodate. My original wedding ring also needed precise adjustments made to fit the band just perfectly and her team was able to execute that exactly. I love the final result, it all came together beautifully! I had an amazing experience with Hashtag Jewelry designing my wedding band, and we also purchased my fiancé’s wedding band there as well. Coco was incredible to work with throughout the entire process. The custom design process was fantastic—I was able to see a digital design of my ring first, approve it, and then have a mold created. I would not recommend if you’re looking for fine jewelry. I should have went with my gut & left when I saw Coco’s dirty overly bitten nails. I went in 12/18 looking to get a custom birthstone charm necklace done & was told that it would only take 2-3 weeks. Over a month later there’s still no update on my necklace charm. I ordered a 14ct chain necklace (weighs 2.9g) & requested to add jump loops so I’m able to extend 16-18. The jeweler (not in house) just added the jump rings without even taking the chain apart.
