Coco and her team were amazing! They worked with us to come up with a custom engagement ring design that was within our budget. The ring came out incredibly and the entire process went smoothly. We are planning on using them for our future jewelry purchases!

Terrific experience here! I called first to make sure they replaced watch batteries and Amy confirmed that they do. She even made sure that she would be there when I planned to bring the watch. It was a tough watch to remove the back, but she gingerly worked with it during my lunch break (from work) and even got it steamed up and beautiful! Wonderful customer service!! Got to look around while I waited and they have some beautiful items too! Will be coming back!
Came to this jewelry store with a task very important to my heart. I got my fiance a wedding band custom made from my late dads gold ring. The exceeded my expectations & created a beautiful wedding band!! I love it so much i cant wait for him to see it. Customer service is by far the best ive ever gotten from a jeweler as well!! They are family to me forever & cant wait to get me some stuff for myself
