I brought my wedding and engagement rings in (that I bought elsewhere) just to get cleaned, and I was in and out under 15 minutes. They did such a fantastic job, and were also super accommodating! And now my rings are so shiny, they’re blinding!
One excuse after another, and then the ring breaks in my hand... I took a ring in that my husband bought for me a number of years ago I didn't care for the setting and asked for it to be reset into a different ring. They continually told me that it would be ready and then bumped my date back. I went to pick it up. It was not sized up correctly. They sent it back. Coco and her team were amazing! They worked with us to come up with a custom engagement ring design that was within our budget. The ring came out incredibly and the entire process went smoothly. We are planning on using them for our future jewelry purchases!
