I just ate at Hashi Japanese Kitchen in Saginaw, and wow , what an adventure. After living nearly three decades in Seattle, the teriyaki capital of the United States, I know what real teriyaki tastes like. I also know what bad teriyaki tastes like. And then there’s whatever Hashi served, which honestly deserves its own category. I have never had hibachi that’s this good. The steak was incredible. We also had the crab salad and the Gyoza.
