They had to redo the service because the coating they put on had bubbles in it and when we received a rental car they gave us an SUV and could not provide us the equivalent to our Sierra Denali. We just wanted a truck and have had the rental for three weeks now due to repairs to our brand new 2026 vehicle that we bought from them on December 4th, 2025. I came in for an oil change. The agent said it would be about 1 1/2 and he was pretty much right on.
I had poor customer service and repair experiences here in the past and stopped coming, even though I bought my car from this location. Nicole completely turned that around. From the phone call to text updates, she was honest, clear, and took the time to explain the entire process. I really appreciated her professionalism. I will definitely be back if any service needed.
We prepaid for maintenance when we purchased the car. Makes dropping off and picking up a breeze!
