First service experience with Haselwood and it was a positive one! Nice clean service reception area, super friendly and helpful staff. Joel was informative and customer-focused both before and after the service. Services were prompt and reasonably priced. Saved several hundred dollars compared to another local dealer. Great to have a free local shuttle to take to to work and return to pick up my vehicle. I was quoted a different price by phone twice when I scheduled the service, but was then told it would be hundreds of dollars more when the service advisor discussed specifics on the day of the appt. The service quoted was for a Hyundai, despite my telling them the vehicle is a VW. It was explained to me that the call center quoted me incorrectly because they have a high turnover and dont always know what they are talking about. Very true in my situation. 3/28/26 Update: Came here to again to have my oil changed and get some new tires. This was a significant improvement from my last visit here about a year ago. My service rep was able to price match new tires (with instillation) to that of another place. My car was good to go after a pretty quick service. I did have to come back after leaving because my tire light came due to the sensor not being reset.
