I was hesitant to return to this dealership as my last experience there was pretty tragic. But that was several years ago and this experience was the exact opposite. Ron in the service area was so nice to work with, the shuttle process to take me back and forth during maintenance was exceptional, and the shuttle employees were as awesome to work with as the Ha Haselwood folks! I never enjoy taking my car in for service, but I genuinely had a great time there, which evolved into a really great day.
Hello everyone. This last visit went well. Had to wait a little longer to get the car, but sometimes parts aren't always available. But they ordered it, and my car was good. The advisor was informative, kind and polite. My car drove off better than it came in. Thanks VW family, Raymond
