Full marks for Haselwood Hyundai’s maintenance shop. Alysa was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Her manager earned extra points when, after he notified me that my car would need a full day to get the work done, he authorized a second day of use of the rental car at no charge to me. Picked up my car, and everything was better than I’d expected. One area for improvement: Haselwood's maintenance webpage offers a link on which maintenance progress can be tracked. Joel was professional and patient again, took great care of his customers. The engine on our 2017 Hyundai Tucson failed while we were driving on the freeway they had the engine replaced and took care of the customers In a professional and flight manner.
