Had a 30,000 maintenance with tires rotation. Service people were friendly and car was ready when I returned at the end of day. However, I was very disappointed to find that the windshield wiper fluid was left empty and had not been refilled as part of the work. That is such a basic thing that you have to wonder if anything else was skipped. Played phone tag with the manager about it with no direct conversation or resolution.
An excellent experience from start to finish! The process went faster than expected, and everyone I worked with was professional.
Angel was just that, and Angel!! Showed us an amazing truck, listened to our concerns and answered so many questions for us!! He was friendly and funny!! We had the best customer service at Haselwood GMC!
Crap service didn’t fix the problem and still charged me
