The GMC dealer is more concerned with sales than customer safety. Parking on the sidewalk making customers walk in the street. This wasn’t a temporary situation where they were moving vehicles. Even after bringing it to their attention. The vehicles remained during my visit to another dealership.
Every time I’ve gone there it’s been an impossible feat to keep the car but running even after researching the vehicles. This time my 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee has been the absolute worst purchase of all my 60 years of driving. These people knew this car was a limit and they still refuse to take it back.

Haselwood is amazing the people are awesome helpful and get right to the point and are there to help but also to hear you and what your looking for and give you all the time you need to think and look at all the rigs available, while driving you around to each rigs that has an interest. Absolute criminal. They quoted $800 for new brakes all around. I get there to pick up the car and the cost doubles to $1,600. No phone call or warning. They lure you in on a low quote then gouge you, or more like rob you. Save money folks. Take the ferry and go to Carter VW. They're more honest and transparent, and cheaper too. I was quoted $700 from Carter. Wait for their canned reply.
