I am so proud and honored to have this doctor and his associates help me and my loved ones. Doctor and his staff found things early and treated quickly and appropriately. Thank goodness for his healing hands and caring heart. I am so grateful for his expertise and quick response. Doc and his staff are always available and so very caring. I don't have words to express my gratitude.

My mom is at Blue Heron, he is listed as her primary care, I have been leaving messages at Blue Heron for him, for a year now, he doesn't call, he has his nurse practitioner care for the patients, my mom was having an anxiety attack, and I begged the nurse to call the practitioner on call which said to monitor and she would have to wait until Monday. Practitioner doesn't call either. Mom is declining from her issues really fast in the past two months. I just, left another message for him to call me, nothing yet

Dr. Hashmi was treating my daughter at Kendred South Tampa rehabilitation center she was there to recover from pancreatitis. The doctors do their round before visiting hours so you can’t talk to them personally. When you call him he doesn’t return your calls none of the doctors do. My daughter is 40 years old and she died two days before her 41st birthday at Kendrick hospital she was there a month. Per her death certificate she died from pancreatitis.
