We stayed at Hasbrouck house two months ago and enjoyed our stay a lot. It’s a charming hotel with 3 different houses on the property. We stayed at the carriage house which had huge rooms and right next to the main house. We got to explore main house as well which has the club room for guests, a bar, and the restaurant (Butterfield) with great food. My daughter and son-in-law's wedding was held at the Hasbrouck House in Stone Ridge, New York, in November 2024. It was such a disappointing event that I felt it was important to document our concerns in hopes of preventing any bride and groom from having a similar experience. I will begin by saying that everyone who works at this hotel is lovely, the bartender is lovely and made delicious drinks. BUT, this hotel is extremely overpriced for what you get. My room was small, stuffy, and kind of humid. The bed felt a little wet. The “mini bar” is a little tray in the window sill with canned drinks. The desk is a cheap little Walmart piece. Like some other reviews said, this has potential to be a wonderful luxury spot to enjoy in the area. The location is great, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. But when we arrived, no staff were to be found at the front desk and we could hear a number of them chatting away behind an employee only door. We were informed at arrival that our original room was double booked due to some system/software error and they switched us to another room.
