Absolutely horrible experience, over 2 years with one provider that even with a child with obvious autism traits, in many programs and unable to be in a regular grade, provider not only refused diagnosis, used old no longer accepted ways of confirming diagnosis and retired basically saying you'll probably get a diagnosis somewhere else but not here and told us good luck, second provider on day one after several months basically refused to help either and kept denying what we see every day along with other services see, absol... read more
I called to ask a question and I was turned off by how RUDE the lady was! Just rude for no reason!!
Unfortunately after months of waiting we finally get results and I am being told it's either a video or in person and my son can't be present. I'm failing to understand what the big secret is of him not being able to be there but unfortunately I do not have the luxury of someone watching my son yet pick him up from school while I feel like I waste my time on getting results that could simply be discussed by phone.
If I can leave negative reviews I would, my daughter is having medical issues and I already had a terrible experience at Hasboro so bad in which I had to file a complaint against them. Ever since I filed a complaint against them this office waits until the day of to cancel my daughter’s appointment because a doctor “called out sick”, 3 DIFFERENT TIMES. Is there only one doctor in this office? I have never dealt with such an unprofessional medical institution, especially considering that this is supposed to be an “urgent” mat... read more
