I did not wait a long time to see the doctor . He was friendly. He said nothing had changed since the last time I was at the office. I need to do physical therapy to move my shoulder more. I got a referral for physical therapy. He said he would rather do pt now than give me an injection and see the progress first.
The doctor did not allow me to speak much he would want talking I felt that he wasn't really listening to my pain and my discomfort so unfortunate I'm not saying he's not a nice doctor but I needed more
Dr Swindell is so friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure that I asked all my questions. He explained stuff extremely well. He gave me a prescription for physical therapy. I’m so glad I saw him.
Very understand, very reasonable I see why he’s one of the best orthopedic in NY and reviews don’t lie neither. Thank you
