Love this doctor and Jackson is loosing a brilliant doctor and an amazing man prayers for him and his family and new grandson to adjust to the change….. grandkids are such a blessing love you Doctor Qutoba
Dr. Qutob is a good doctor, sadly the support staff is definitely lacking. They never answer the phone and they don't return voicemails either. I stopped in to the office to inquire why calls weren't returned and all I got was a shoulder shrug by the receptionist. Hopefully there is an improvement in the patient care or I'm afraid that the practice could loose patients.
Office never answers the phone or returns calls in a timely manner. I’ve left numerous follow up messages before having to physically go to the office for a response after 2 weeks. It’s been over a month with no resolution, still.
Office does not answer phone or respond to voicemails. Good luck trying to get any follow up unless you show up in person.
