I had a fantastic experience at Hanford Auto Sales. Car buing can be a real headache, but these folks made it surprisingly easy. I went in with a pretty specific idea of what I wanted, and they didn't try to steer me towards something else. They listened, showed me some options that fit and were completely transparent about the vehicles history. The no-pressure atmosphere was a huge plus. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had, friendly staff and straight to the point, got me in and out with my new car !
Went yesterday 30 mins before closing and was looking at one of there cars but never offer to take a test drive or anything he did give me a out the door price but ran my credit and my moms then said that they were locking the cars up already and by this morning I would get a answer from the banks but he has not communicated back sales was very interested in the ford explore take my business somewhere else
Salesman was friendly and went above and beyond for me and my family, delivering the car after I told them my family have trouble getting around. They offered to drive a hour and worked with me to get a great deal on a very nice car. Will always buy from them and will make sure to tell everyone how great they are. They even left me a full tank of gas after their drive
