UPDATE!! They sent someone out within the hour of my original review. Two gentlemen by the names of Ethan and Denver were sent out to resolve the issues. Neither who were apart of the original crew that came out the first time. They were fast, courteous, pleasant and very professional unlike the first crew that was sent. They put on a new roof under the Strengthen Alabama Homes project back in early November 2022 and then I noticed small leak between the house and patio that wasn't leaking before so I called them and they sent someone out very quickly to check it out and said it appeared to be the patio transition that was leaking and not my new roof, the guy caulked the transition and installed some screws to hold it down and so far no more leaks.
I have been trying to get an estimate since January - the contractor came out, but I've not heard back with the estimate or a start date. I want the hurricane certified roof which they do, just frustrated.
EXCELLENT experience with reroofing a house. great pricing on Very Good Quality material, team arrived 7am, left 6pm, cleaned up well and were very polite and efficient. getting a FORTIFIED certificate is worth it! communication with sales person, manager, and team leader excellent, plus good referral from someone else who had a roof done. VERY PLEASED.
Usually I don’t write reviews but this time need to get the word out. Harzo is one of the best companies around! They did an excellent job with my roof. Asha, at the office, has been very helpful and cordial every time I call. Thank you for a great job!!! Definitely would recommend. A+++
