I tried the Stretch class with Sheryl. Sheryl is a trained physical therapist and so welcoming. I will return for this class.
A great place to get in a quick workout.
It's a nice facility and very clean. Unfortunately the fitness room / gym hardly have any equipment. I have been to this place twice around 6pm on weekdays, and it was empty.
