Absolutely loved my experience with Harwood Goldsmiths. The ladies there are honestly the best, so kind, welcoming and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They fixed the oxidation on my necklace and ring after I went swimming in the Rotorua mineral pools, resized my husband’s ring perfectly and made all of my jewellery sparkle like new again. Harwood’s designed and remodelled a gold and diamond ring for me in 2013 so having the stones checked and revalued in 2026 was so easy. I also had some odd pieces of gold jewellery with diamonds which they beautifully crafted into an amazing bracelet complete with a Valuation. I can highly recommend Harwood Goldsmith’s as I will definitely be using their services again.
Excellent service at Harwood Goldsmiths. The team are always super friendly, helpful, and happy to suggest options to keep costs down. I’ve had several items repaired there recently and have been very happy with the workmanship, communication, and pricing each time. Highly recommend!
%100 percent recommend I took in 2 pieces one of them I took in twice to size down a rind then size back up🤦♀️, they’re work is amazing and seamless I’m happy with both my pieces. Sized down on a barrel for my pendant and sized up for my ring! Quick process and the workers are lovely no muck around or hassles!
I recommend Harwoods so highly, I was met with great professionalism and my rings came back to me more than perfect! I got one resized, and two polished and cleaned. Got them back in just a few short days for an absolute steal of a price. Will definitely go back to them for future projects!
