I purchased a used truck. So buyer beware. Within 2 weeks the mirror stopped working. I asked for a little help. I've bought around 7 or 8 cars from them. I live in calgary so a 4 hr round trip but I'm a loyal customer. 1 car I picked up had a broken entertainment screen they broke that morning. They gave me $400 and go fix it yourself. The money didn't cover the bill, whatever. The truck mirrors management offered me $500. Cost is $1500. My loyalty is worth $500. The sales people are great. The back end not so much.
Recently had a water pump go on our F150 just outside of Brooks. Called the Harwood dealer. The receptionist was quick to give us the tow truck company name and number and set up an appointment for us We broke down at 11 am. Back on the road by 4:30. Great friendly service. Highly recommend
