Had the storage unit one week and it was broken into and belongings stollen. Signage claiming surveillance but there is none. Staff basically accused us of lying about what was taken. Just don’t do it.
Storage units are new. No security and all gravel lot. Never got any water in my unit, found evidence of a mouse. Dusty and rather expensive. They do come and clear snow regularly and any problems were addressed quickly. If you are late at all with rent you can expect an extra lock on your door promptly.
