My sister and her husband have a special van for their two special needs kids. It was an accident that was the fault of another driver. Their insurance company sent them here. Hardwood did a terrible job of taking care of them. To the point that they had to cover rental costs out of their own pocket and take the van to another shop to fix the screw up done at Harwood. Terrible Terrible job! They should be ashamed!
