I want to start off by saying that I have tried three RMTs at this location. Clarity and Dan can assess your pain very well and do a good job. Jack was not the greatest as I was in too much pain afterwards. I would avoid at all cost. I do want to explain why I am giving a 2 star review. I cancelled my appointment at 6:01am on the day of, and I remember my daughter was still sleeping. I decided to cancel the appointment because I had to stay home with my daughter as she was SICK. The office admin who answers the phone was extremely rude. I was just inquiring about Chiropractic services when she got extremely irritated and hung up the phone on me. Very sad that basic customer service skills was not present.
