The tech came to my house, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got it fixed in one trip. They did the work for my unit under warranty and I had a great experience.
Incredibly responsive and great work. We reached out late Sunday night and they were here first thing Monday morning. Fixed the issue, great communication, and a more than fair price (I felt like we should have paid more). Definitely recommend.
Harward’s did a fantastic job replacing a valve and helping diagnose a problem with our toilet. They were also very respectful of my home.
