I called Harv’s, the beginning of March this year, to have one of our street lights on our property checked & possibly changed out to LED. I was told Norm was very busy, but they would put us on the list. I called again on March 20th, and was told we were on the list for the ladder truck. After waiting patiently for another month, I called back on April 24th, and again was told we were on the ladder truck list, and that Norm was very busy.
