This spot was horrible. Came to the resort to enjoy the water park for new Year's celebration. We were a group of about 12. Originally, we were all going to eat dinner here. Someone mentioned this spot wasn't all that great. They suggested another place just 10mins from the hotel. We were all going to go but my 9yr old god daughter wasn't feeling well. The restaurant was closed down even though I had a reservation there
If I could take star I would. Place is located in Kartrite resort so you would thing they are ready for business and would like to keep business inside? Nope, you will need reservations and still have to wait to be seated, we wait for our order for more than hour and when they deliver, pizza was totally burnt out. Super slow service, and average food. definitely not worth spending money and the wait. Dining outside resort is better option. Very disappointed.
Food was great. Manager came over to see if we needed anything at one point and got us another apple juice for my son. The bottom of the kids pizza was a tad burnt but not a huge deal to my son. We had fast service and the food was great!
