This Mobile home Park has a major problem with sewer backing up into people's mobile homes in their bathtub sinks and toilets. It has been relayed to property Management attention but has fallen on deaf ears. They did however this year raise the rent way over $600. And the new property owner don't seem to care that people are having toxic raw sewage coming up in their bathtubs and showers and sinks. This mobile home court has the worst sewer system. It constantly backs up into tenants mobile homes. They were to replace sewer pipes years ago per city of Missoula. Never did. Their roots from trees wrap around tenants sewer pipes under trailer and 1 tenant got stuck with a $1700 bill. Not tenants responsibility. Harveys refused to pay. In winter plowing doesn't get done for days leaving people without 4wd stuck.
