Brad did a phenomenal job! My repairs were expected to take 7 days but my car was ready to go and looking brand new in just 4 days!!
Quality of service was excellent. Customer service was excellent. Only complaint was the time it took. I thought it would take 3 days when I dropped it off that morning. At the end of the day, they texted me and said it would take 10. I reached out and asked what would take so long, and after excellent communication, the date was updated to 6-7 days. I had to take my brand new car in after I "kissed" a little curb . I was really stressed out about the situation, but the manager, Brian, was great with calming me down and helping get my car in and out quickly! Lindsey at their front desk was so nice, and had everything ready to go for me when I went to pick it up. Whoever did the body work in the shop is 5-star, because it looks brand new again! Bonus that I got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off!
