Just had a closing with Harvey/Vallini on a Stanley Martin home. I'm a realtor in Upstate of SC and our team has helped clients close on over 3200 homes. Avery Slusser was the paralegal and Benjamin Taylor-Sawyer was the closing attorney. They were both fantastic to work with. Avery was responsive and delightful and Benjamin was efficient and quick. Used twice to close homes. No issues at all, straight forward and friendly
Had one of the most disappointing experiences here. I traveled specifically for my home closing, yet no meeting invite was sent—only a last-minute update from the agent. On the day of closing, the documents were incorrect, and there was no clear guidance about wiring the funds beforehand. As a result, I had to complete the wire after signing and then wait over two hours, followed by another long delay while they sought lender confirmation.
