We just picked up our Brinkley Z3515. This establishment is a great place to do business with. We first met Brian Giroux, our Salesperson, back in February. He took us through the model they had on their site. Not pushy salesperson. He answered all of our questions in a very professional manner. The sales dept is nice and friendly so you will purchase an item. However the service dept is not. I sent my camper for an awning repair the end of last year. This year going camping for the first time, we take the tarp off to find where they repaired was not done right causing the awning bag to detach to where the rain soak the roof, inside panel, and curtain. It is not under warrantee any longer and they refuse to go good for it.
