The sales dept is nice and friendly so you will purchase an item. However the service dept is not. I sent my camper for an awning repair the end of last year. This year going camping for the first time, we take the tarp off to find where they repaired was not done right causing the awning bag to detach to where the rain soak the roof, inside panel, and curtain. It is not under warrantee any longer and they refuse to go good for it.

Got mine last year. Over paid. We were in a rush to buy one. Things were broken. Heater doesn’t work. And a soft spot in the floor in a storage area.
Beware, Being nice and being honest are not the same. Some advice. Do not purchase extended warranty or gap insurance. You can get them later. Get your own financing.
