This company has some of the rudest people working for them. They park on both sides of the street, opposite each other, leaving no room for a fire truck or emergency vehicle to get through. If you are going through in a large vehicle, they tell you you have plenty of room and expect you to risk your license getting through there and are very rude when you ask them to move their vehicle. Amazing experience with Harvey Remodeling! The first thing I look for in a contractor is someone that I can trust and who I am comfortable with in our home. Neil exceeded all our expectations. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about remodeling, he also has vast experience dealing with insurance claims. I would recommend Neil to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy expert. He came to our home and carefully took pictures and notes and also understood what we were looking for and most importantly was able to deliver!
This process was great from design to completion. Everything was on time and on budget. We are very happy with our new kitchen!
Would not recommend for larger projects; especially any project that needs project management oversight. Our kitchen remodel was an extremely frustrating experience. Looking back, so many of our frustrations could have been avoided with basic project management and consistent communication. This was talked up as being a big focus for them, but it ended up being just that, all talk.
