Extremely slow you gonna wait past your time for door
No gates try overnight parking. Fast unloading. They will refuse unloading if you have wrong BOL number I had wrong number on paper but on my confirmation was right. My second review My appointment was 13:00 but I should up 10:00 they loaded me in 2 hours before my appointment they will do that if they are slow Over all BERY GOOD PEOPLE!
Got 8:00 am appointment, checked in 7:45am, 1 hour 45 min later I was given a dock and the loading took another 2 hours, so basically 3h 45min to get in and out. Clown show for sure...
Place is great. Got here 9:30pm. My appt wasn’t till next morning at 8. He said he will unload when I asked if I could park here over night. Got me right in. Unloaded me in less than half an hour. And had a nice quiet place to park for the night. Nice people. Service with a smile and polite. I think people with bad experience here and most places have bad attitudes right off the get go. Treating people with respect will get you further.
This place is awesome came here a day early and got loaded right away.
