Opening hours are 9am to 5pm. I received an email at 8:12am that my product was ready. I arrived at 9am and the warehouse wasn’t open. Spoke to customer service representative who told me they didn’t open until til 10:30 on a Saturday. I am a small av installer and this is a business purchase and time lost waiting for me is costing me money.
Best service I've ever had a HN. The 2 ladies in the back next to microwaves were so helpful. I've never bought a microwave before (sure, I've used them but never had my "own") I walked straight to the microwaves and I was greeted by 2 women who knew exactly what they were talking about, the were so helpful! Asking me question I hadn't even considered (like how much power I wanted) I didn't even know this was a option. Anyway, thanks for your help!
