Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! We are currently on our second faulty floor in 12 months and now fighting to get a refund. The products they sell are not the problem but they sub contract to a DODGY floor layer called Leon who has no accountability. Buyer beware!!!!! We are having to follow through with a lengthy consumer protection process after being ripped off not once but twice. I had to put one star so it would post but it is definitely a 0!!!!
