After spending 90 minutes with Sue picking products for our kitchen and bathroom, we have not heard back from her at all. We are still waiting for a quote after 2 months. Don't waste your time here
Disappointing. We couldn't get into the showroom without an appointment & couldn't talk to anyone. Were told to contact their sales guy who works out of Sydney! And that he was a bit hard to get onto and we could ring the office for them to email him and wait for a reply. Who needs these hassals when renovating? We organised our air con elsewhere on the same day !
My work have experienced some of the worst "service" from HNC. They never call back when they promise they will, we call multiple times and get no where, orders are delayed by weeks with no notice, we have call to follow up, and it happens again and again and again.. months upon months and even years of the same thing. I can't wait until we go else where, we waste so much time with them. I recommend everyone stays away if you value your time, money and sanity.
