I just had a really nice customer service experience with Alexia. She tightened my glasses and sunglasses and made them fit perfectly and comfortably around my ears. She was very patient and kind!
Agnes at this West Hart location is awesome. Great attention to detail ie. the fit around the ears esp. as it pertains to biggie Versace series
Top-notch. Not only do they have a wide selection of frames at many different price points, but the opticians who work there are highly-skilled and personable. Turnaround time is rapid. There are discounts based on various associations or insurance. I give special recognition to Agnes, who is the ONLY person I trust to select eyeglasses that compliment my face. Thank you Agnes!
They are very nice and made sure to follow up with the me when my insurance didn’t go through so that I could get it straightened out before my appointment.
