The eye exams for my wife and I were fine. But after we picked out glasses, the woman who took care of us either didn’t know anything about insurance or just blatantly cheated us. The price was over $1000 which seemed very surprising since we only paid $250 each last year at a different place.So after some thought decided to cancel our order the next morning. I think Dr Devine in Enfield is one of the best optometrists that I have ever seen. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She is truly a lovely person
Here’s My rant…Daysha was amazing start to finish! Beverly has always been spot on and insightful regarding eye care. My issue is IRIS (robot). Not at all in best interest of patient safety amongst a list of things! I opted to use a virtual appointment for my eye exam recently. Until IRIS took over I asked several times to go back to repeat my comparisons for clarity and the robot just moved onto next phase. All the staff is super helpful, patient, friendly and professional. Special shout out to Sharraine, she helped my husband and 2 sons pick out glasses that were very stylish. She has a great sense of style for sure! We have been going here for over 10 years, highly recommend this store!
