My sons doctor's office recommended Dr. Leo. We normally go through u of m for specialist, but they spoke very highly of him so I called to book an appointment. Michelle, a kind staff member from the office, said there was a cancelation and they got us in within the hour! Talk about great service right off the bat. No waiting around either. Dr. Harvey Leo is genuinely the best doctor I have had the pleasure of seeing. After going to countless doctors to find the issue and coming to no avail from them, he noticed and diagnosed my asthma as a baby. For the past 20 years of my life he’s been immensely helpful and every time I go I never leave disappointed. He makes all information extremely simple and he communicates calmly, relaxed, and is great with kids! Highly recommend.
Although the doctor was kind the staff and this office is clearly about making money only. They have a strict policy about not continuing to have you as a patient if there are rescheduled or cancelled appointments - even if the reschedule or cancellation is requested by their side. Does that make sense??? I was requested twice by their office to cancel the appt for my child. The third time I called to reschedule the appt because I had to travel for work, they told me that if I choose to reschedule with over 3 weeks notice to... read more
