When I spoke to them on the phone this afternoon, they were trying to solicit me, and when I described what I needed, the owner of the agency became irate, and told me that "I didn't know what the hell I was talking about" Steer clear, as this guys not only doesn't know his stuff, but he isn't stable in general.
