I have been attempting to order a sliding glass door that is not damaged for months starting in May and it is now August. Every set that has been delivered is damaged. I am months behind on completing the installation of these panels. Everyone that I have spoken with at the Lansing distributor in Lancaster, PA has been unhelpful. Telling me that damaged doors just happen and there’s nothing that they can do about it. I have three sets of damaged panels in my house. Not a good place to work the people are nice but the branch manager is rude thinks he knows everything treats people like there below him has no place in this position one of these days he is going to say something to the wrong person and no reason to say what’s going to happen but he lies beats around the bush when asked to answer a question in all not a very good representative of this company
