I had a good experience when I went for my first time. However, my next appointment Icouldn't make due to coming down with covid and called at 8 am for a 2:45 pm appointment. Now I am being charged for half of that appointment because I didn't call 24 hours in advance. Now, I could understand if I was a no call no show. Not someplace I would rather continue my services with if they can't understand when someone is sick.

My friend came here to get her nails done for her wedding and wanted to add a tip to her nails. She was informed they couldn’t do it because she only booked shellac. She also did not follow any of the brides direction.

Had alana tidy up my cut for me and she did a great job! She’s very professional and gave me exactly what i wanted. It looks super shiny too. The facility is clean and calm and really cool. Will be back soon :)

Kyle left after my first time. I've seen Tayler a few times now. She is also amazing and super nice. She does excellent with my blonde highlights, cuts, and product information. Definitely recommend. Kyle did a cut and all over highlights for me. He let me know what to expect with the current state of my hair. It turned out amazing. He's also super friendly.
