Kyle left after my first time. I've seen Tayler a few times now. She is also amazing and super nice. She does excellent with my blonde highlights, cuts, and product information. Definitely recommend. Kyle did a cut and all over highlights for me. He let me know what to expect with the current state of my hair. It turned out amazing. He's also super friendly.
I had a good experience when I went for my first time. However, my next appointment Icouldn't make due to coming down with covid and called at 8 am for a 2:45 pm appointment. Now I am being charged for half of that appointment because I didn't call 24 hours in advance. Now, I could understand if I was a no call no show. Not someplace I would rather continue my services with if they can't be understand when someone is sick.
I had been going to the same stylist for many years and I felt I was looking older and dowdy. I went to Taylor W and she transformed me into a styling older woman. I had a cut and highlights and was pampered . It was a wonderful experience. I look forward to returning.
