Always been a pleasant experience going in. Always greeted with a smile and make sure I'm keeping up with my oral hygiene. It's a vulnerable time when someone is all up in your face with magnifying glasses and your mouth wide open for them but they make you feel at ease. Great staff, great practice, great dentist.

I filed a formal complaint with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) regarding this office. This has been an absolute nightmare. Do not trust this office with your money. I paid upfront for services, was owed a refund indisputably, and have been given the runaround for weeks. They refused to refund my credit card directly -- which is standard practice -- and instead claimed a cheque was coming from "corporate" or their "refund department" despite this being a one-dentist office. Very friendly and welcoming environment—clean, comfortable, and well‑organized. Dr. Harvey is excellent; he clearly explains what needs attention and what can wait, and he is always very careful with his patients. Nicole at the front desk is fantastic as well—she goes out of her way to find appointment times that work for your schedule. Overall, a great experience.
