We booked George from this company a month in advance for a mattress bond clean and also confirmed the appointment the day before. He replied “I will be there at 9am as agreed”. 9am came and went. No George. We tried to contact him but it seems he couldn’t be bothered answering the phone. He didn’t turn up and we didn’t hear from him again. If he simply let us know he wasn’t coming that would have enabled us to possibly book someone else for the day. George & Clint were punctual, efficient and did a fantastic job on 6 of our carpets. Very pleased with the work and service. Definitely recommend Harvey Cleaning Solutions
