They cannot even answer the phone during Buisness hours WHAT A JOKE
My insurers wouldn't let me go to Harvey which is a shame. One of the ladies came out to have a look at my car and I cannot stress how helpful she was! Gave me so much time despite knowing I would not be able to use their services this time. If I move to an insurer who lets you choose repairer, I'll go here. Another friend of mine got her bumper resprayed and her car looks ace.
Disorganised, poor communication, inconsistent customer service, generally unprofessional.
