Great experience! I called yesterday after another plumber recommended them and they came out today to fix my issue. Juan was personable, professional, and most importantly, he fixed my issue quickly! I will definitely call again if I am in need of a plumber.

I am happy to have found my go-to plumber. I got an overage report from OUC and they recommended a leak detection company that came out within 2 hours. Once the leak was detected, Harvey Baker Plumbing was at my house within hours and the problem had been solved withing 24 hours of my receiving the initial notice. Fast, reasonably priced and professional- I could not have asked for more.
Lovely people, superb service, totally transparent on pricing and process, great communication. Very happy to have found them!! Definitely 5 stars.
UPDATE: The opener called me and refunded the difference. However I write to explain that I am not confused as to what a business day. The gentleman on the phone never mentioned that the $150 was for “business days” just that if I waited until “tomorrow” i.e Saturday, it would be $150. I am upping the rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Called on a Friday night for a friend who had a clogged toilet. Was told it would be $225 if he came out that night. But if we waited until the next day it would only be $150.
