If I could give this shop ZERO stars I would. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is difficult to explain as it was egregious . I wish I had read the reviews prior to listening to a single persons recommendation. They had my vehicle for 5 days for an issue that takes on average 2 hours to repair. This was owning to ordering an aftermarket part to begin with. If you have auto service needs, I highly encourage you to go anywhere else in Gloucester I will never use this shop again and I would never recommend.
I have been going to Harvey for a few years and have never been disappointed very friendly staff great workmanship and very reasonable prices i highly recommend Harvey auto
