I give 2 stars for Dr. Harvey’s bedside manner is pretty good for doctors. I am not impressed with the fact that it was decided that my husband needed a thyroid surgery (removal of half) after 2 biopsies. Both biopsies were inconclusive so he MAY have had cancer malignancy but nobody knew for sure. So it was strongly fear mongered to my husband to remove his thyroid. I had a Parathyroidectomy on April 14th 2022. Dr Harvey was amazing. He explained it to me in terms I could understand and made me feel very comfortable. There was very little scarring and the surgery cured my hyperparathyroidism. The only complaint I have is how long it took to get the operation. 2 1/2 years but I know Covid did get in the way.
