This is in response to Mr. E's review from Harvey A. Richman. Without going into too many details I would like an opportunity to rebut the inaccurate depiction that Mr. E has portrayed in his review. Mr. E was adamantly and fraudulently attempting to claim pre-existing conditions in his claim. He has lots of prior conditions that he wanted me to include. They can only handle basic and simple things and they aren't very good at them. I had a auto accident case that the other party was cited and admitted guilt. After almost two years of Harvey Richman and his staff doing nothing they said I should go elsewhere because it was too complex for them.
