1/9/2025 update FILTHY DRIVE-THRU ATM, AGAIN / STILL. After pulling money from this ATM, I feel like I need to launder my money! Did I mention it is filthy? You have a nice branch office and a great staff. But, your drive-thru ATM is FILTHY! You should check and clean it periodically out of professional courtesy for your patrons and customers. Thank you for cleaning the ATM. IT looks so much better.
Do not get a loan thru this Bank. There is no way to stop payments.. THEREVIS NO EAY TO STIP PAYMENTS ON THEVLOAN EVEN THOUGH ITS PAID OFF .. THEY MALE YOUVDO THE WORK FOR THE GAP INSURANCE AND CARRY ITCOUT FOR A FULL MONTH SO PAYMENTS CONTINUE TO BE TAKEN OUT. THEY STOLED 549 DOLLARS FROM ME .. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST
DO NOT BANK HERE! Long story short myself and family have banked here for decades. My mom unfortunately passed away, unexpectedly and waited 11 days after she passed and paid what she owed on her account which I didn’t even have to and closed the account. A month in a half later they take out 400 of MY ACCOUNT when her account had been closed but said I didn’t close her account! Receipts!
