Very unprofessional. They allowed my husband and I to tour a townhome, they sent us the application, but once we sent the applications back filled-out we got no reply, not even to tell us that we weren’t accepted. I reached out again just to follow up and see if they received our applications or if we simply didn’t fit their criteria, absolutely no response again. Very poor communication which is unprofessional and unacceptable as business owners.
