They held my escrow money for 60 days waiting on a water bill which was not ever going to be issued by the county. The water was paid for by the HOA. I had to get involved to get this resolved. I do not recommend them.
This was my first house the staff was amazing, the experience was very thorough and there was no time I was had to ask a question that wasn’t already answered. I’m very thankful for the experience 🙏🏽
As it merged with Covenant Title, this was our first experience with the shop owned by Pablo Barrios. Mr Barrios it seems now works with Harvest, the latter being an old faithful of title work. But surprisingly the experience today at their joint HQ left a lot to be desired starting with Mr Barrios not being a lawyer, and yet speaking of the law as if he was versed in Real Estate law, and insisting that charging a buyer twice as much in title fees as the seller was legal. After being part of hundreds of closings I can say that Harvest was truly exceptional. Sondra handled client care with kindness and a wonderful disposition. Pablo was professional, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. They are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them.
