I'm not too sure about if it's for patience only, but all the doctors work at the walk-in clinic in Wolfville, great doctors there, that's how I got my doctor, he rocks, hope this helps

I have a great doctor there, but the general practice is trash. Not sure when family physicians were only accessible from “8:30-11;30” / phones being answered during that time became normal but I know Doctor Stuart would’ve been extremely disgusted and disappointed in the quality of communication and availability today in the same practice he worked so hard in. Very frustrating clinic to deal with. The office is only open a few hours a day and getting through on the phone is nearly impossible. When you do get through, you’re often passed around or the call drops. They say you can book appointments online, but there are never any available. When you finally do get an appointment, everything feels rushed and hurried. The doctors themselves are very nice, but the front desk experience makes accessing care extremely difficult. My girlfriend is a Long Time Patient of this Clinic, she has had a really sore back for a week or so now, waited on an appointment here that was Cancelled due to her Doctor going on Vacation. The receptionist denied her an Appointment with her Doctor's "Understudy" and advised she goes to their Walk in Cliinic, at 6am, which we agreed to. After driving 45 minutes in Bad Weather this morning, then waiting 40 minutes at the door... A couple of the Dr's at this clinic have no respect and definitely do not even attempt to go above or beyond, just don't want or seem to care. They miss appointments, don't call back either when they say they will. Just want to prescribe and move on to the next, terrible service.
