Very frustrating clinic to deal with. The office is only open a few hours a day and getting through on the phone is nearly impossible. When you do get through, you’re often passed around or the call drops. They say you can book appointments online, but there are never any available. My girlfriend is a Long Time Patient of this Clinic, she has had a really sore back for a week or so now, waited on an appointment here that was Cancelled due to her Doctor going on Vacation. The receptionist denied her an Appointment with her Doctor's "Understudy" and advised she goes to their Walk in Cliinic, at 6am, which we agreed to. After driving 45 minutes in Bad Weather this morning, then waiting 40 minutes at the door... A couple of the Dr's at this clinic have no respect and definitely do not even attempt to go above or beyond, just don't want or seem to care. They miss appointments, don't call back either when they say they will. Just want to prescribe and move on to the next, terrible service.

I’m EXTREMELY disappointed in you guys! You guys called my phone yesterday for my boyfriend made it sound like his appointment was getting canceled, he called you guys today, you guys made him RUN DOWN THE CONNECTOR for his appointment and come to find out HE DOESNT HAVE A DR ANYMORE. You guys suck ass!!!!

The staff at the desk tell you the wrong info, you wait weeks and stay up from 4 am just for the team to say the staff member was wrong. When it impacts your daily life they should actually tell you the right information. Also the longest wait times for a phone call apartment just to have to make another one a month down the road and it takes you a month to get a phone call.
