I have lived here since the end of 2017, had all sorts of issues that were mostly resolved relatively quickly. I’ve even had water pouring through my ceiling for most of the wettest summer in CO history, but seriously, right now, the biggest gripe is whatever is going on with the payment portal. They tried to kill it off in June with a confusing email about July payments needing to be made by check or money order. A check? In 2025? After I’ve been paying online just fine for 8 years? I lived here about a year ago for 2 years. The maintenance crew is amazing and so helpful. Any time I stopped a maintenance employee, I was treated with the upmost respect and any questions or concerns I had were escalated appropriately. One particular employee experience I had with employee Nick was so helpful! He went above and beyond for myself during my lease and other people in my same building. The trash dumpsters outside are always full and disgusting. It's hard to even throw my own bags because of all of the excess trash everywhere. Not sure what the problem is but luxury apartments is not not what this place is. Please look elsewhere
We’ve been living here for almost 3 years, and while we loved it in the beginning, things have really gone downhill recently, especially since the leasing agent changed. For the last month, I’ve been emailing the property manager about the exit gate, which hasn’t worked for months and was finally opened for 2 days before getting closed again for construction.
